New Harley And Advanced Riding Skills course!

Just bought a 2012 Fat Boy Lo;  103 cu. in. (1690cc) What a difference in the ride from my Sportser.  Hope to see everyone on upcoming rides. Changing out the pipes to a 2 to 1 D & D! It's gonna be loud; but you want to be heard and seen while on the road. Should run cooler and get better gas mileage. Live to ride and ride to live. To all members who have bigger bikes, there is upcoming an Advanced Riding Skills Course given by Bruce Barton.  The course is not set up at; at Brandon Harley…See More

Posting miles on bike runs

C'mon road captains; include the miles per bike run.  Would help to decide on whether to go on short runs or longer runs.  Mileage is very important to know. Some folks would prefer the shorter runs and we'd see more riders on the shorter bike runs.   Please be helpful in passing this along to everyone.See More

"Go to Sears.  They have a great lift made for motorcycles.  It weighs around 40 lbs and I hear the price is reasonable.  Got this information from a  Road Captain!!   Good luck!"

I am new here...probably should keep my mouth shut....however, you asked for help on your turns. Harleys are torque beast and difficult to ride slow. Practice the use of a lot of clutch work. In out , in out,.. constantly, at low speeds may help. I am no expert , but have been riding for 52 years . Wore out seventeen motorcycles, 90+ % Harley.
